This Refund Policy explains how we handle contributions, tithes, and donations made through our website or in person.
Because donations are voluntary acts of giving toward the work of God, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen and are committed to resolving any genuine issues in a fair and transparent manner.
All donations, tithes, and offerings made to Disciple Message Pentecostal Church are considered final once received, unless there is a clear error such as:
Duplicate transactions (accidental multiple charges).
Technical issues resulting in incorrect payment amounts.
Unauthorized charges made without your consent.
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction so we can review and resolve your concern.
If you register and pay for a church event, conference, retreat, or seminar, refunds may be provided under these conditions:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
If an event is canceled or postponed by the church, you will be offered a refund or transfer of your payment to a future event.
Refund requests after the event date may not be accepted.
Each event or program may have its own refund terms, which will be clearly stated during registration.
If our church provides digital materials (such as e-books, sermons, or online courses), refunds cannot be issued once the item has been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical problems or duplicate payments.

Date and amount of payment
Transaction receipt or reference number
The reason for your refund request
We will review your request within 7–10 business days and respond accordingly. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
